Rehearsal Dinner

We had the unique opportunity to partner with Open Fire Co. and provide our locally raised ribeye steaks for a rehearsal dinner of one of our neighbors near the farm. Some special details included cooking the steaks on an open fire - packing them full of flavor! and branding the steaks with an antique Bozeman Beef Brand.

The annual St. Francisville Food & Wine Festival is a weekend-long celebration of the culinary culture of Louisiana and Mississippi.
